Numerous studies have shown that mindfulness has beneficial effects on our well-being and changes the way our brain works in terms of concentration, emotion regulation and stress resilience.

We will practice getting out of our heads and back into the moment. At the same time, we train our attention in order to learn how to deal better with intruding thoughts and emotions.
Mindfulness is a skill that you can integrate into your daily life.

Group training is not always optimal for everyone. Therefore, you can also choose for privates sessions. Here the timing is flexible and gives the opportunity for more personal guidance.

It is no longer a secret that meditation has a positive effect on our health.

The mindfulness training, or Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), was developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn in the Stress Reduction Clinic at the University of Massachusetts. It's about active learning. You build on the strength you already have to improve your health and well-being. It is an invitation to experiment with the practice of mindfulness and its application in everyday life. We learn to look at events from a new and different angle and notice that we do not have to be trapped in our automatic stress reactions.
